Al-Hilal Club's management has appointed Mr. Waleed Al-Qasim as an Administrative Manager of Al-Hilal's first football team, continuing the club's efforts to build a fully integrated sporting structure comprising specialized competencies and expertise, reinforcing the alignment between technical and administrative operations, and contributing to a professional working environment that supports the club's goals at the local, continental, and international levels.

Al-Qasim holds a Master's degree in Quality Management from the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom, and brings extensive administrative and sporting experience. He previously served as an administrator for the Saudi national youth and junior teams for three years, and spent eight years as Assistant Manager of Al-Hilal's first football team, alongside his specialization in institutional excellence.
