Portuguese Ruben Neves, player of Al-Hilal's first football team, was crowned Best Player in Saudi Roshn League for the month of August, while his Moroccan teammate Yassine Bounou won the Best Goalkeeper award, for the levels the duo did during the first four rounds of the competition.

Neves made a remarkable appearance during the four rounds, after contributing to four goals; by scoring two and assisting two, while Bounou kept a clean sheet in the matches against Al-Fayha and Al-Ahli, during a run that saw Al-Hilal score 15 goals and concede only three goals.
