The results of the documentation project revealed that Al-Hilal has achieved 90 championships, including the following: the Founder's Cup, 9 King's Cups, 13 Crown Prince Cups, 21 League Championships, 5 Saudi Super Cups, 7 Prince Faisal bin Fahd Cups, 8 Asian Championships, 4 Arab Championships, 2 Gulf Championships, and the Saudi-Egyptian Super Cup.
Eleven other championships were also documented, including King Saud Cup in 1959, the Ministry of Defense Cup in 1979, Prince Faisal bin Fahd Summer Cup in 1995, the Saudi Airlines Championship of Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Cup in 1995, the International Friendship Cup twice in 1998 and 2000, Anti-Terrorism Solidarity Cup 2005, Dubai International Championship in 2011, Al Ain International Championship in 2013, Lusail Super Cup in 2022, and Riyadh Season Cup in 2024.
The project team also documented eight titles from the Central Region First Division Clubs Championship under various names, including the First Division Clubs Championships of Central Region in the General League three times in 1961, 1963, and 1964; the First Division Clubs Championships of Central Region in the King's Cup twice in 1967 and 1969; and The First Division Clubs Championships of Central Region in the Crown Prince's Cup three times in 1964, 1965, and 1966.
