in the presence of representatives of the shareholders: the Public Investment Fund and Al-Hilal Club Members Non-Profit Foundation. The meeting witnessed the appointment of His Highness Prince Nawaf bin Saad as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Hilal Club Company.

His Highness emphasized that the support of the wise leadership -may God protect them- for the sports sector in its various fields has become an enabler and motivator for all athletes and employees to feel a deep sense of responsibility and exert greater efforts to contribute to progress and development across all domains, both locally and internationally. This continues the achievements already realized, which have made Saudi sports a remarkable example of rapid growth and development.

His Highness Prince Nawaf bin Saad, on his behalf and on behalf of the members of the Board of directors extended sincere thanks to His Royal Highness Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, a Golden Member of Al Hilal, for his continuous support of successive administrations, including his support and endorsement of the current administration through Al-Hilal Club Members Non-Profit Foundation and the Club Company.

He also expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the previous Board of Directors, chaired by Mr. Fahad bin Nafel, for their tremendous efforts which contributed to Al Hilal’s sustained success by achieving accomplishments and excellence in various fields, and for continuing the club’s legacy of success through successive administrations. He praised the joint efforts between the previous and current Boards, which helped ensure that the work proceeded with an integrated and accumulative approach and a consistent characteristic throughout Al Hilal’s long and distinguished history.

His Highness stated that the current Board of Directors will continue the journey with doubled efforts to prepare all means and requirements that would strengthen Al Hilal and meet its needs in line with the aspirations of its passionate fans. He stressed that Al Hilal fans are the primary driving force and greatest motivator for everyone working in the club, whether in administrative or athletic roles, to give their utmost in service of the club’s emblem and to satisfy its supporters.

He concluded by noting that overcoming the challenges of the beginning of the new sports season and achieving the desired harmony will only be possible through collective unity and the unwavering support of the fans both inside and outside the stadium.
