The general assembly included the designation of the board of directors of Al-Hilal Club Company that is headed by the chairman His Highness Prince Nawaf bin Saad, and Mr. Abdulmajeed bin Ahmed Al-Haqbani as a deputy chairman, in addition to the board members Mr. Sulaiman bin Nasser Al-Hatlan, Mr. Abdullah bin Fahad Al-Abduljabbar, Dr. Fahad bin Ahmed Abu Haimed, Eng. Yasser bin Sulaiman Al-Dawoud, and Mr. Fahad bin Ali Al-Haqbani.
