Fahad bin Saad bin Nafel

Chairman of the Board Directors

Mr. Nafel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Miami, USA.

He has held several leadership positions in the Kingdom Holding CO, including a position as Senior Executive Assistant to the chairman of the board of directors. He then assumed the duties of the Executive Director of Business Development.

Mr. Nafel is a member on boards of several companies, in addition to being a member in the Executive Committee of Jeddah Economic Company, and Care Shield Holding. He participated in a number of courses in various administrative fields.

Abdulmajeed Bin Ahmed Alhaqbani

Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors

Bachelor's degree in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.

Senior Director, Head of Securities Investments for the Middle East and North Africa at the Public Investment Fund.

Former Managing Director and General Manager of Asset Management at HCB Saudi Arabia

Sulaiman bin Nasser Alhatlan

Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Alhatlan holds a Master's degree in accounting from the University of California, San Diego, USA. And possesses extensive experience in investment banking, specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance. A career that began in academia transitioned into finance, leading to several leadership roles.

Currently, Mr. Alhatlan is the CEO of Masar Al Nomou Investments and serves as Vice-Chairman of the Board for Al-Hilal Club Investment Company. Additionally, Mr. Alhatlan sits on the boards of numerous listed and unlisted companies, including Maharah Human Resources Company and Riyadh Development Company. Past board and committee memberships were held with prominent organizations like Bank Albilad, Almarai, and Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group.

Abdullah Bin Fahad Alabduljabbar

Member of the Board of Directors

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from California State University, Highward.

He currently serves as CEO of Sanabil Investments, where his tenure has witnessed exceptional performance and progress in implementing the company's strategic plan.

He served as a member of the Board of Directors of Al-Hilal Club from 2015 to 2018, during the presidency of His Highness Prince Nawaf bin Saad, specializing in investment affairs.

Dr. Fahad Bin Ahmed Abuhaimad

Member of the Board of Directors

He holds a PhD in International Commercial Arbitration from the University of Hull, a Master's degree in Law specializing in International Arbitration from the same university, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from King Abdulaziz University.

Current Managing Partner of Abu Hamid, Al Sheikh & Al Haqbani, a prominent law firm. Over 17 years of experience in the legal and regulatory fields, including governance, compliance, regulation, and litigation.

M. Yasser bin Suleiman Al-Dawoud

Member of the Board of Directors

He holds an MBA from the University of Portsmouth and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from King Saud University. He serves as Head of Investment Governance and Planning, General Directorate of Investments in the Middle East and North Africa at the Public Investment Fund.

He has held several positions in the public and private sectors, including at Advanced Electronics Company and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and as Head of Strategic Planning at the Ministry of Commerce and Investment.

He also served as Undersecretary for Planning and Information at the Ministry of Transport and Logistics, in addition to his work as Head of the Project Management Office at the Public Investment Fund.
