We are currently working on preparations for both the upcoming football season and our participation in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.

Preparations for the tournament began early as part of a comprehensive strategic plan aimed at elevating the team’s technical and tactical performance.

Al Hilal has always taken pride in representing the nation, and since 2023 we have worked on bringing in top-tier talent in key positions.

One of the most important recent steps has been the appointment of Italian coach Simone Inzaghi, one of the most prominent coaches globally.

This move marks a significant leap on the technical front and reflects our ambitions to raise the ceiling and achieve more titles in the coming seasons.

The new coaching staff requires specific tools to meet our objectives.

We’ve worked over the past period to strengthen the squad with players who can raise the team’s overall level. However, some deals didn’t happen due to time constraints and unreasonable bidding wars throughout negotiations.

Regarding the current exceptional transfer window, it lasts no more than ten days. As such, options are limited compared to the upcoming summer window, which offers more opportunities for proper negotiations.

Many of the players we approached have expressed a preference to join during the preseason, not midway through their off-season following a long campaign.

Finally, I would like to address our fans: your support and presence are a key factor in the team’s success. The players constantly need your backing, we as an administration, are working tirelessly to deliver the best results.

The signing of Simone Inzaghi and his staff is a leap that requires full alignment across all areas to keep Al Hilal at the top, where it belongs.
