that has been occurred in several matches this season, most recently the first team's match against Al-Fateh.

The club explained that it is committed to bearing the high financial costs required by the Referees Committee to attract elite, internationally renowned refereeing teams. This aims to enhance the quality of competitions and keep pace with the significant progress and advanced standing of Saudi football. However, the continued recruitment of less qualified foreign refereeing teams raises legitimate questions about the selection process. The club stressed the importance of improving the quality of the referees brought in, especially as the competitions approach their decisive stages.

The club emphasized that it is impossible to use domestic refereeing teams to officiate Al-Hilal's matches. In light of the recent recurrence of several influential refereeing incidents in some competitive matches, which have contributed to changing a number of results, it is necessary to review the mechanism for selecting foreign refereeing teams in order to ensure the use of referees who has the experience and competence that keep pace with the level of competition.
