Simone Inzaghi started the game with a lineup consisting of: Yassine Bounou, Kalidou Koulibaly, Hassan Tambakti, Joao Cancelo, Moteb Al-Harbi, Ruben Neves, Nasser Al-Dawsari, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, Salem Al-Dawsari, Malcom, and Darwin Nunez.

In the second half, Inzaghi brought on: Mohamed Kanno, Kaio Cesar, Abdullah Al-Hamdan, Abdullah Radif, and Hamad Al-Yami.

Inzaghi has given the players six days off due to the season’s break during FIFA days, to resume training on Friday, 5 September.
