Italian head coach, Simone Inzaghi, praised the team's performance against Al-Khaleej, saying, "We always strive to showcase Al-Hilal at its best, and I commend our fans for their support amidst the difficult weather conditions, which of course affected the match and both teams."

Regarding the opportunities the team had during the match, Inzaghi explained, "We scored five goals, and we could have added more, and the players appeared well despite the conditions."

About Crysencio Summerville, he commented, "He is an outstanding player, and today he delivered a fantastic performance, that resulted in scoring a goal. He is doing everything he can to be ready, despite his late arrival."
