In the fourth round of the AFC Champions League Elite… Al-Hilal defeats Al-Gharafah

Al-Hilal first football team defeated their hosts Qatari side Al-Gharafah 2-1 in a match that took place today Monday evening at Thani bin Jassim Stadium in Doha, as part of the fourth round of the AFC Champions League Elite group stage.

Team captain Salem Al-Dawsari scored the opening goal in the 9th minute, while Brazilian Kaio Cesar doubled the lead in the 66th minute.

Inzaghi started the match with a lineup consisting of: Yassine Bounou, Kalidou Koulibaly, Youssef Akcicek, Ali Lajami, Theo Hernandez, Ruben Neves, Mohamed Kanno, Salem Al-Dawsari, Caio Cesar, and Abdullah Al-Hamdan, in addition to Portuguese player Joao Cancelo, who returned to the team after recovering from injury.

In the second half, Inzaghi brought on Hamad Al-Yami, Marcos Leonardo, Abdulelah Al-Malki, Abdulkarim Darsi, and Abdullah Radif.

Al-Hilal will face Al-Najmah away on Friday evening, November 7th, in the eighth round of the Roshn Saudi League.
