Al-Hilal first football team won over Al-Taawoun 6-0 in their match taking place on Saturday evening at Al-Taawoun Club, within the seventh round of Roshn Saudi League.
Coach Simone Inzaghi started the match with the following lineup: Yassine Bounou, Kalidou Koulibaly, Hassan Al-Tambakti, Moteb Al-Harbi, Mohamed Mahzari, Mohammed Kanno, Ruben Neves, Sergej Savic, Crysencio Summerville, Gabriel Martinelli, and Ollie Watkins.
The second half witnessed the participation of the following players: Sultan Mandash, Nasser Al-Dawsari, Yusuf Akçiçek, Mohammed Al-Surnukh, and Murad Al-Hawsawi.
Ollie Watkins opened the scoring for Al Hilal in the 7th minute, before Gabriel Martinelli netted a hat-trick in the 18th, 43rd, and 50th minutes. Watkins added his second and Al-Hilal's fifth goal in the 53rd minute, and Sultan Mandash completed the rout with the sixth goal in the 75th minute.
Al-Hilal will host Qatari side Al-Gharafa on Tuesday evening, September 15th, at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, in their opening match of the AFC Champions League Elite.
