Al-Hilal Club Company, chaired by “Mr. Fahad Bin Saad Bin Nafel," has completed the signing of Brazilian youth national team player "Marcos Leonardo," coming from "Benfica" in Portugal. He will represent Al-Hilal's first football team under a contract that extends for five years. "Marcos," who is 21 years old, began his sports career with "Santos" in Brazil before moving to the Portuguese capital, Lisbon, in January 2024, to join "Benfica." His participation with Brazil's youth national teams has been notable, especially with the under-23, under-20, and under-17 teams. He participated in the Under-20 World Cup, where he earned the silver boot as the tournament's second top scorer with five goals.
