Al-Hilal Club Company, chaired by “Mr. Fahad Bin Saad Bin Nafel”, has completed the signing of the Portuguese international player "João Cancelo" coming from “Manchester City”; to represent Al-Hilal first football team for three seasons. The signing ceremony took place today, Tuesday, at the "Four Seasons George V" hotel in the French capital Paris, in the presence of the club’s chairman of the board of directors.
"Cancelo", 30 years old, has represented several well-known European clubs during his sports career, including Portugal’s Benfica, Spain’s Valencia and Barcelona, in addition the Italian clubs Inter Milan, and Juventus, German’s Bayern Munich, and England’s Manchester City.
"Cancelo" has contributed to achieving the most important domestic and continental leagues and tournaments, and the most prominent of which was winning the UEFA Champions League in 2023 with the English club Manchester City. Cancelo's career was also full of participations with the Portuguese national team at all age levels, up to the first Portuguese national team.
